Ofir Ventura is a Nevada licensed Attorney and has been practicing law for over 10 years. His past experience consists of working for a real estate developer in converting two large apartment complexes into condominiums. Ofir also has extensive practice in dealing with real estate land use zoning approvals, financing and purchase agreements. Alison Miller moved to Las Vegas, NV in May 1995 to attend UNLV. She began in the mortgage industry in May 1996 and in 1999 started her own mortgage company with her husband, until July 2008. In July of 2008 Alison began working as the in-house business manager and property manager for two brothers who were commercial developers/investors and that owned or managed 15+ entities that held real estate. Properties including commercial shopping centers, c-store/gas stations, land, residential portfolios, receiverships, and warehouse/flex space. She obtained her real estate license and starting leasing, selling and managing their commercial and residential portfolios for eight years. In 2017 the brothers split their companies and Alison decided to pursue her commercial real estate and property management experience and expertise with an outside broker.
